Alberta Highland Dancing Association

Alberta Highland Dancing Association is a not-for-profit association dedicated to promoting highland dancing throughout the province. Established in 1982, AHDA became a Provincial body, bringing together local associations across Alberta. There are currently 5 associations recognized by AHDA within the province.

Alberta Highland Dancing Association hosts our Alberta Provincial Championship and Open competition annually, rotating the location across the province. Each local association holds various competitions and Championships within their own ares.
